15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal legislation and the regulations of the relevant free zone authority under which Emerald Marine Group is registered.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or, at the election of Emerald Marine Group, by arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

The seat of any arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1), unless the complexity of the dispute warrants a panel of three (3) arbitrators as determined by the DIAC.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Emerald Marine Group's right to seek interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
